Cheshire East Council is making it easier to report potholes and other local issues with the launch of a new online tool called traCE.
Launching on Wednesday 23 July, traCE will replace the council's current third-party solution, Fix My Street.
Accessible 24/7 from any device, traCE is a map-based platform that allows anyone to quickly and easily report issues such as potholes, fallen trees, abandoned vehicles and fly-tipping within Cheshire East.
The tool can also be used to receive progress updates on previously reported issues and subscribe to reports raised by others. This feature is designed to reduce duplicate reports – saving time and enabling council services to focus on new issues.
traCE will launch on Wednesday 23 July. More information and a link to access traCE will be available here once the system is live and ready for use.
The village of Audlem is part of the unitary authority of Cheshire East.
